Saalai TV needs only enabled internet connection with UNLIMITED Traffic and the connection speed of minimum 2MBPS per second. To avoid delayed display and hang ups while watching Saalai TV, make sure your internet speed is stable.
Each Saalai TV receiver can be used with one device with single subscription.

Sufficient result is more than 2Mbps. If you have received the result of below 2Mbps, we cannot assure you uninterrupted broadcasting. Try to make a speed test several times of the day to ensure a secure connection.
Most comfortable part in using Saalai TV is, the receiver can be connected either by Wireless (WIFI/WLAN) or Wired connection. All the receivers are equipped with both HDMI cable and AV cable, HDMI cable can be connected to flat screen TV to get the best Picture Quality.
We do not provide such an offers, might be in some special cases. If any client gets the discount on some situation, it is un-avoidable; the customer can buy and resell for third parties as a mediator.
Each TV requires individual subscription with individual Saalai TV set top box. If you try to enter the same Code to activate another Saalai TV box, the signal for the original device will be lost and makes the device Malfunction. While using various devices your internet connection must be appropriate for all the devices.
Saalai TV makes you much comfortable by just connecting the HDMI or AV cable and the Internet to your devices. You can contact our customer support team on any time (24/7), they will guide.

We reserve the right to change the list of channels included in the package. Also we can add channels to the package, added channels appear in your receiver automatically.
If the receiver is bought less than 1 year, it can be repaired under warranty. If you have bought the Saalai TV receiver from dealer, you are supposed to contact the dealer first. He will help you to repair or replace the damaged receiver, but he is obliged to change the receiver. If the dealer cannot help you through the issue you can then contact our Customer Support. Our Saalai TV agents will help you and will instruct the further instructions.
If your receiver is already more than 1 year you have to contact our Support Hotline number and go for a paid repair.
If you have purchased a monthly or annual subscription paying the full amount (advance payment), the subscription starts on the time of activation. This means that if you will not use the purchased subscription it does not the end previously. If you wish you can buy the Saalai TV subscription "in reserve"
Our customer support agents will contact and remain you regarding your subscription end date, then you can proceed to purchase a subscription for next year (annually).
At credit card payment you need to enter the details after ordering, and then you will receive a confirmation of the order. But the order will be cancelled as unpaid if there is any problem with the payment. Try to make a new order, and even that order also fails, choose any other payment method, or contact our Customer Support agent.
When payment did through any card, after your invoice payment confirmation and if payment did through bank transfer, after receiving the amount in our account only we will send the receiver.
It takes nearly 4-5 days for the customer in UK, for other countries (Germany, Swiss, Italy, France, Canada, etc) we cannot assure the exact delivery time, hardly it takes a week or two.

At first you need to check your internet connection speed at http://www.speedtest.net/. If none of the server shows normal speed, the problem may be with your internet line. If there is no problem in speed of your internet connection, please contact our Technical Support Team any time.

Restart all equipments. Turn off the receiver, then the modem or router in the last turn. Then, turn ON all the equipments in reverse order with a time interval of 5-10 minutes. If same problem exists after restarting then, contact our technical support.
