Subject to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement Saalai TV makes no warranty or representation that any third parties’ contents and/material hosted or provided through our Android View Box by any third parties will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all software and systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. Saalai TV makes no guarantee of any specific results from the use of these contents and material.

No part of this Agreement is intended to constitute advice and the content of this agreement should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind in respect of receiving, viewing and facilitating any third party contents and materials via or on our Android Viewing Box or related hardware, software and Services.

In order to facilitate the provision of service promptly and cost effectively the Company may use third Parties to provide services such as call centre facilities in the UK or abroad in order to activate and maintain our services. These third parties are not our employees and/or workers. The Consumer should not accept any additional services provided by these third parties other than the contents and materials pre-installed in our devices. Acceptance of any additional services from any third parties may infringe intellectual and copy rights of third parties for which Saalai TV should not be held liable for any damages sustained by any third parties.

In our android software there are provisions for the third parties to host their contents similar to the third party contents in the iphone or the android. However we are unable to verify whether their contents are fit for your purpose, satisfactory quality, suitable for all ages, contents are legal and do not infringe any third parties’ copy or intellectual rights.

Third parties may stop any contents without notice, charge you at any time for their contents, stop the service that they providing within this box. We cannot guarantee for any third parties’ contents. You paid only for Saalaitv hardware and Saalaitv application.
